Usage instructions for Iron:

• Please wash thoroughly with hard scrub and dish wash before first use.
• After cooking, wash the utensil and completely dry it out and apply a thin layer of cooking oil to prevent it from rusting.

Usage Instructions for Brass:

• NOTE: DON’T COOK EXTREMELY SOUR FOODS LIKE SAMBHAR, CURD CURRIES AND THE LIKE IN BRASS UTENSILS.
• Do not use scrubs and only use a soft cloth/foam sponge to clean it.
• Preferably use ash to clean it. But you can also use a chemical-free dishwash powder or liquid to clean it.
