Usage instructions for Iron:
- Please wash thoroughly with hard scrub and dish wash before first use.
- After cooking, wash the utensil and completely dry it out and apply a thin layer of cooking oil to prevent it from rusting.
Usage Instructions for Brass:
- NOTE: DON’T COOK EXTREMELY SOUR FOODS LIKE SAMBHAR, CURD CURRIES AND THE LIKE IN BRASS UTENSILS.
- Do not use scrubs and only use a soft cloth/foam sponge to clean it.
- Preferably use ash to clean it. But you can also use a chemical-free dishwash powder or liquid to clean it.
- Please use only wooden spatulas for stirring the food.
